Gerry is a Civil Engineer who manages Jarmel Kizel’s Civil Engineering studio, which specializes in land planning projects. He brings over twenty years of professional practice to the firm. Over his career he has been responsible for the engineering design and construction of numerous large-scale governmental and private projects. His expertise includes site design, storm water management, grading, soil erosion control, roadway design, construction cost estimating and land development permitting. He has been qualified as an expert witness before countless planning and zoning boards and is an expert in land entitlement strategy.
